Agency Fee Chart

 

In accordance with current regulations (Hoguet Law, ALUR Law), here are the details of our agency fees for our various services.

Rental Fees

 

Our fees for the full management of your property for seasonal rentals, from marketing to the management of stays, are:

• 25% inclusive of VAT on the total amount of rent received.

These fees are payable solely by the property owner. The tenant will not be charged any agency fees related to the reservation or the inventory check.

 

Sales Fees

 

Fees are expressed as a percentage of the sales price, with agency fees included (FAI). They are payable by the buyer or the seller depending on the sales mandate (as specified on the listing).

Applicable to real estate transactions: apartments, houses, land, commercial premises, etc.

• Applicable VAT: All prices are shown as inclusive of all taxes (TTC) at the current VAT rate (currently 20% for real estate).
